Jeremy Douglas — President, Owner, Master Electrician
With 28 years of hands-on electrical experience, Jeremy leads All Spark Electric with unmatched expertise and a commitment to doing things right the first time. As President and Master Electrician, Jeremy oversees every project to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
When he’s not on a job site, you can find Jeremy enjoying the great outdoors — mountain biking, running, and camping with his family.
Laura Douglas — Vice President, Owner
Laura is the heart of All Spark Electric, handling operations, client communications, and keeping the team organized and on track. As Vice President — and Jeremy’s wife — Laura is passionate about creating a smooth experience for every customer from first call to final inspection.
Outside of work, Laura loves reading, crafting, and camping with Jeremy and their three kids, making the most of Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
Shane Cook- Journeyman Wireman
Shane brings over 10 years of experience and a steady hand to every project he works on. Known for his professionalism and approachable personality, Shane ensures that each installation or repair is completed with care and precision.
When he’s not wiring homes and businesses, Shane enjoys family time with his wife Tiffany, trying new restaurants, and taking mountain vacations.
Dalton Douglas — Residential Wireman Apprentice
Dalton is the next generation of All Spark Electric, learning the trade under Jeremy’s guidance. With over a year of experience, he’s quickly gaining skills in wiring, troubleshooting, and installation, bringing energy and curiosity to every job.
Outside of work, Dalton enjoys camping, watching movies, building projects, playing video games, and spending time with his girlfriend Meghan and their dog, Mida.
